## We’d rather earn the big events _than ask for them._

Most production companies pitch a university on the spring concert and nothing else.
We want to start where the need is this month: a student org event that needs real
sound, a department reception that needs a screen and a mic that works, a welcome-
week stage, a tailgate DJ. Do those well, on time and on budget, and the bigger 
conversations happen on their own.

 * **Small events first.** Fast quotes, one crew, no minimums that don’t fit a student-
   org budget.
 * **One vendor, four divisions.** Event production, live sound and AV, mobile staging,
   and DJ and photo booth services on one quote and one invoice.
 * **Built for campuses.** Our founder ran student engagement at a university and
   produced its largest concert from the inside. We know how campus calendars, approvals

## From the inside of a campus _to the biggest stage in the county._

Our founder spent years as a university’s Director of Student Engagement, producing
everything from residence hall programs to the Farewell Festival, the largest concert
in Lenawee County, with Flo Rida as the headliner. W4 produced that show. We have
also produced commencements for area schools, national corporate events for AstroTurf,
Rekortan, Laykold and OPmobility, and the Ultimate Prom Series at the Adrian Armory.

06  Working with us

## Easy to buy from. _Easy to approve._

We have worked with campus purchasing and student-fee budgets before. Here is what
to expect.

  | Insurance and paperwork | Fully insured. Certificate of insurance naming the University, W-9 and vendor registration on request. We are happy to be set up as an approved vendor before the first event. | 
 | Quotes and invoicing | Itemized quotes within two business days, one invoice per event, purchase orders welcome. Multi-event contracts can be invoiced per event or per semester. | 
 | Student-org budgets | Right-sized packages for org and department budgets, with the gear list adjusted to the room instead of a one-size minimum. | 
 | Campus logistics | We coordinate with facilities, campus police and the venue on load-in, power, parking and noise windows, and we leave the space the way we found it. | 
 | Planning | Each event gets a run of show and a point of contact. Larger events get a site plan, an advance call and a day-of production lead. Song requests and announcements can run through the W4 Events App. | 
 | Distance | About 45 minutes from campus to our warehouse in downtown Adrian, Michigan, so a same-week event is realistic and a day-of problem has a short drive to the fix. |
