Spring Concert.
From artist to encore.
One team.
A full-service plan to book, produce, promote and sell out Adrian College’s spring concert, and turn it into the biggest night in Lenawee County every year.
01 The idea
One call. One crew. One show the whole county talks about.
Right now a spring concert takes a committee: someone chasing agents, someone pricing staging, someone building a ticket link, someone running the night. W4 Entertainment takes all of it. We select and book the artist, build the production, promote the show, sell the tickets through our own site, and run the day from load-in to the final invoice. Your team gets the credit and keeps their day jobs.
- Artist selection and booking. Shortlist, offers, contracts, riders and advance, all handled by W4.
- Concert-grade production. Stage, sound, lighting, video and crew from our own inventory, with partners for anything bigger.
- Promotion and ticketing. We act as the promoter: marketing plan, sponsors, and ticket sales on w4entertainment.com with student, alumni and community pricing.
- Day-of management. One production lead, one run of show, one point of contact for the College.

02 Why it matters
More than a concert. A tool the whole College can use.
The same night can do five jobs for Adrian College. Pick an audience to see how we build the show around it.
The night students talk about all year
Belonging is the strongest predictor of a student coming back in the fall. A signature spring concert, with a real headliner, becomes a tradition students plan around, post about and remember when they are deciding whether Adrian is home.

A reason to come back to campus
Alumni return for moments, not meetings. Anchor the concert to an alumni weekend and give graduates a VIP way in: a reserved section, a pre-show reception, and a ticket tier that reads as a welcome home, not a fundraiser.

Hospitality donors remember
A headline concert is the easiest invitation Advancement will send all year. We build a VIP experience for donors, trustees and corporate partners, and we sell sponsorships that offset the budget while putting partner brands on stage, on screen and on every ticket.

Show prospective students what campus life feels like
Schedule the concert against an admitted-student or visit weekend and the College’s best recruiting pitch writes itself. Prospects and their families get tickets, a campus tour that ends at the stage, and content for Admissions that no brochure can match.

Adrian’s concert, hosted by Adrian College
Open a community ticket tier and the College becomes the place where Lenawee County comes together. Downtown partners, local media and a family-friendly footprint turn a campus event into a civic one, with Adrian College’s name on it.

03 What we handle
Everything between the idea and the encore.
Filter by who owns each piece. Under the full plan, the College’s list is short on purpose.

04 The proof
We have already built the largest concert in Lenawee County.
The Farewell Festival put a national headliner, Flo Rida, on a full festival stage with a flown line array, a video wall and a crowd that filled a stadium field. Wilson directed it as a university’s Director of Student Engagement, with W4 producing the show. That is the playbook we bring to Adrian College: campus event planning from the inside, concert production from the field.
- National headliner booked, contracted and advanced
- Festival-scale stage, sound, lighting and video
- Student, alumni and community audiences at one event
- Ticketing, sponsors, security and site plan handled by the same team
W4 Entertainment has produced events for AstroTurf, Rekortan, Laykold and OPmobility, commencements for area schools, and the Ultimate Prom Series at the Adrian Armory. Based in downtown Adrian since 2016.

05 Options
Three ways to work together. Tap one.
Every option uses the same crew and the same gear. The difference is how much of the planning, risk and promotion W4 takes off the College’s plate.
Production Partner
The College books the artist and sells tickets. W4 designs and delivers the full production and runs the show day.
- Stage, sound, lighting, video, power and crew
- Site plan, advance and run of show
- Day-of production lead and stage management
- Load-in to load-out
Full Concert Management
W4 takes it from artist selection to settlement. The College approves the artist and hosts the night.
- Everything in Option A
- Artist shortlist, offers, contracts and rider fulfillment
- Hospitality, performer lounge, travel and ground
- Security and campus safety coordination, insurance certificates
- Settlement and wrap-up report
Full Management + Promoter
Everything in Option B, and W4 becomes the promoter: we market the show, sell the tickets on our site and bring in sponsors to offset the budget.
- Everything in Option B
- Marketing plan, creative and campaign
- Ticketing on w4entertainment.com with student, alumni, community and VIP tiers
- Sponsorship sales and fulfillment
- Gate, scanning and box office on show day
Pricing is set after a short planning call so the artist budget, venue and audience targets are real numbers, not guesses. Every line item is approved by the College before it is spent.
06 Campus partnership
The more we do together, the less each event costs.
Our crew is already on campus for the concert. Put commencement, welcome week or homecoming on the same contract and the College gets one rate, one crew that knows the venues, and priority on dates. Check the events you are already running to see how the partnership grows.
Your campus partnership
Single event. Standard rate. Add one more event to unlock partner pricing.

Talent & Programming Budget 1
Production & Operations Budget 2
Revenue that offsets the budget
- Ticket sales across student, alumni, community and VIP tiers
- Sponsorships sold and fulfilled by W4: title, stage, screen and hospitality
- Campus partners: Student Life, Alumni Relations, Admissions and Advancement each get a deliverable, so each can contribute
How we keep it honest
- Every line item approved by the College before it is spent
- Artist budget set by the College, shortlist built to fit it
- Partner pricing when more campus events join the contract
- Full settlement and report after the show
