Event management & production
Event management & production, at any scale
W4 Events is the event management and production division of W4 Entertainment. Hand us one piece or the whole event, whether that is a conference, a commencement or a concert with a national headliner. We plan it, staff it and run it, with sound, lighting, video and staging from our own inventory and, when an event calls for more, from established regional and national partners.
Home base: Adrian, Michigan. Most of our events are in southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio, and we now serve northeast Indiana, including the Fort Wayne area. Nationwide travel is by quote: we have produced events across the country for AstroTurf, Rekortan, Laykold and others.
On every W4 Events show
- One point of contact from first call to load-out
- Planning, production and crew on one quote
- Our gear, our crew and our partner network
- Fully insured
What we do
From one cue to the whole event
Some clients need a crew to run the room. Others want the whole event taken off their desk. We do both, for a speaker and a microphone or for a multi-day production.
Full event management
We can plan and execute your whole event the way a promoter would: the plan, the schedule, the vendors, the production and the crew on the day. You approve the plan and greet your guests.
Production management
Already have a planner or a committee? We take the technical side: system design, equipment, crew, load-in, show cues and strike, managed as one package and reported to one contact.
A partner network for any scale
Our own inventory covers most events. When yours needs more, such as a larger video wall, extra staging or a second system, we bring it in through established regional and national partners. If we do not own it, we can get it.

The Farewell Festival, headlined by Flo Rida
On April 26, 2026, Siena Heights University said goodbye with the Farewell Festival at O’Laughlin Stadium in Adrian: national headliner Flo Rida, a full bill of openers and the largest concert Lenawee County has hosted.

- Event
- Farewell Festival
- Headliner
- Flo Rida
- Where
- O’Laughlin Stadium
- Scale
- Largest concert in Lenawee County
How it came together
W4 founder Jacob Wilson produced the festival in his role as the university’s Director of Student Engagement, and W4 Entertainment was behind it the whole way, as a sponsor and with our people and our production experience.
- Flo Rida headlining, with Not Fast Enüff and Jon Torrence opening
- Our own DJ Kade on the bill
- Adam Agge of Mask Audio managing the stage for the openers
- A student showcase with APG Audiovisual, mentoring aspiring students on a real concert stage
- A stadium build: concert main stage, flown line arrays, barricade and sponsor banners
It is the kind of show we want to build more of. If you are planning a campus concert, a city festival or a headliner night, we know what it takes to work with a national act and to make the day run.

Planning a spring concert on campus?
A spring concert is the biggest show most campuses put on all year. We can coordinate it with your student activities office from the artist’s rider to the last truck out: stage, sound, lighting, site plan and show-day crew. W4 grew up on a college campus, and today our stage, sound and DJs are regulars at Adrian College.

OPmobility’s 30th anniversary
In July 2026 we handled production for the 30th anniversary celebration at OPmobility’s Adrian plant: a center video wall, LED columns, relay screens and a stage, built inside the plant. It is one of the largest corporate setups our team has done, and it was in our own backyard.

- 30th anniversary

- Our role
- Production management
- Where
- Adrian, Michigan
What we built
- A center LED video wall flanked by LED columns
- Relay screens on truss stands, so every table could see
- A truss and drape backdrop with uplighting
- A portable stage with a lectern and a confidence monitor
- Sound for speech and music across the whole floor
- Moving-head lighting on truss, set and focused the day before
Our crew managed the build and ran the show. The video walls and crank stands came from our partners at Red Letter and the drape from the Croswell, which is the partner network doing exactly what it is for.

Spring season
Commencement day, heard in the last row
Graduation is the one event where every seat matters equally. We design the system around speech, so names carry across the field or the gym without blasting the front rows.
- Line array and delay speakers for stadiums, fields and gyms
- Wireless handheld and lapel microphones, with a podium if you need one
- Processional and recessional music, played on cue
- A 24×14 covered mobile stage for outdoor ceremonies
- Technicians on site from sound check to the final diploma

Gear & partners
Our gear. Our crew. Our partners.
Everything below comes out of the same W4 equipment pool that supplies our festivals and concerts, so a corporate show gets concert-grade tools. It is a sample, not the whole shop.

Crew
Need something that is not on this list, or a specific rider met? Ask. If it is not in our shop, we source it through our regional and national partners and manage it on the same quote. See the Mask Audio rental inventory.
How it runs
Four steps, one crew
From the first brief to the last payment, your contract, your planning and your messages with our team live in one place: the W4 Events App. Any event can have a shared timeline there when it needs one, and our equipment inventory and staff scheduling run in the same app.
Brief
Send the date, venue, audience size and what the event has to achieve. The form below covers what we need to start.
Plan
We design the event and the system around the room, line up any partners, and send one quote covering gear, crew and travel.
Show day
Our crew loads in, sound checks with your presenters and runs the show from the first cue.
Strike
We tear down, load out and send one invoice.
Multi-event agreements
A season, a series or a full calendar? Ask about preferred pricing.
Organizations that book several events with us on one agreement receive preferred pricing. Send us your calendar and we will build a proposal around it.

Plan your event
Start with the date, the venue, the audience size and whether you are indoors or out. The more of the run of show you can share, the tighter the first quote.
Need a stage, a DJ or a photo booth for the same event? Add it in the message and it goes on the same quote.
