Your campus
production partner.
Start anywhere.
One crew for the small stuff this semester, the big stuff next year, and everything in between. Sound, lighting, video, staging and DJs from one company, about 45 minutes up US-223.
01 The idea
We’d rather earn the big events than ask for them.
Most production companies pitch a university on the spring concert and nothing else. We want to start where the need is this month: a student org event that needs real sound, a department reception that needs a screen and a mic that works, a welcome-week stage, a tailgate DJ. Do those well, on time and on budget, and the bigger conversations happen on their own.
- Small events first. Fast quotes, one crew, no minimums that don’t fit a student-org budget.
- One vendor, four divisions. Event production, live sound and AV, mobile staging, and DJ and photo booth services on one quote and one invoice.
- Built for campuses. Our founder ran student engagement at a university and produced its largest concert from the inside. We know how campus calendars, approvals and budgets work.
- Growth on your terms. Every event is priced on its own. Bundle several and the rate drops.

Farewell Festival
02 How it grows
Three steps from a first event to a signature night.
Tap a step to see what it looks like on campus and what the University gets at each stage.
Step 1 · This semester
Say yes to the events nobody has time to produce
A speaker, a mic, a DJ and lights that make a room feel like something. We show up with the right gear, set it up quietly and run it so your staff can host instead of troubleshoot.

Step 2 · This academic year
The events the whole campus shows up for
A real stage at homecoming, a gala that looks like a gala, a speaker series where the back row can hear. Lighting in University colors, screens that work the first time, and a crew that knows your venues from the first-step events.

Step 3 · When you’re ready
Full-service productions, artist to encore
Spring concert with artist selection, booking, production, promotion and ticketing handled by W4. Commencement sound and video for a stadium. Festival stages for the community. The same crew that ran your first event, now running your biggest one.

03 What we bring
Four divisions. One quote.
W4 Entertainment is one fully insured company with four specialties. Need one of them or all four, it is the same crew, the same invoice and the same point of contact.
W4 Events
Event management and production: concerts, festivals, galas, speaker events and commencements, planned and run end to end.
Mask Audio
Live sound, lighting and video for any room or field, plus permanent AV installation for gyms, auditoriums and stadiums.
Groovy Event Rentals
A 24′ x 14′ mobile stage trailer, portable staging, truss and banner frames, with bigger stages through our partners.
DJ & Photo Booth Services
DJs and MCs for dances, formals and tailgates, photo booths, and song requests through the W4 Events App.
04 The proof
From the inside of a campus to the biggest stage in the county.
Our founder spent years as a university’s Director of Student Engagement, producing everything from residence hall programs to the Farewell Festival, the largest concert in Lenawee County, with Flo Rida as the headliner. W4 produced that show. We have also produced commencements for area schools, national corporate events for AstroTurf, Rekortan, Laykold and OPmobility, and the Ultimate Prom Series at the Adrian Armory.
- A national headliner booked, contracted, advanced and produced on a stadium field
- Commencement sound and video for full grandstands
- Corporate productions with LED walls and multi-camera video
- Dances, tailgates and campus events, year after year

06 Working with us
Easy to buy from. Easy to approve.
We have worked with campus purchasing and student-fee budgets before. Here is what to expect.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Insurance and paperwork | Fully insured. Certificate of insurance naming the University, W-9 and vendor registration on request. We are happy to be set up as an approved vendor before the first event. |
| Quotes and invoicing | Itemized quotes within two business days, one invoice per event, purchase orders welcome. Multi-event contracts can be invoiced per event or per semester. |
| Student-org budgets | Right-sized packages for org and department budgets, with the gear list adjusted to the room instead of a one-size minimum. |
| Campus logistics | We coordinate with facilities, campus police and the venue on load-in, power, parking and noise windows, and we leave the space the way we found it. |
| Planning | Each event gets a run of show and a point of contact. Larger events get a site plan, an advance call and a day-of production lead. Song requests and announcements can run through the W4 Events App. |
| Distance | About 45 minutes from campus to our warehouse in downtown Adrian, Michigan, so a same-week event is realistic and a day-of problem has a short drive to the fix. |
